Soifer new President
Alexander Soifer, of the University of Colorado, has been elected President of WFNMC for a four year term. Kiril Bankov (Bulgaria) becomes Senior Vice President. Sergey Dorichenko (Russia) becomes the new Secretary. The full Executive can be found in the minutes of the General Meeting.
